1. Who we are
This website belongs to Refugio Barber Studio LLC, which operates as Refugio Barber Studio in Marietta, Georgia, United States.
You can write to us at refugiobarberstudio@gmail.com or call us at +1 470-707-8951. We answer Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
2. What you accept by using this website
By visiting and using www.refugiobarberstudio.com you accept the rules in this document. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website. If you book a service, these rules also apply to that booking.

On www.refugiobarberstudio.com we show our services, the way we work and our contact details.
The information on this website is general and meant to give you an idea of what we do. It is not professional advice for your particular case, and reading it does not create any professional relationship between you and us.
The photos and testimonials we publish show real work. Everyone is different, so they are not a promise that you will get the same result.
If you have a question about your health or an emergency, see a health professional. This website does not replace that consultation.
4. Prices
The prices we publish are in US dollars.
We take care that everything is correct, but a mistake can slip through: a wrong price, a photo that no longer matches or a service we no longer offer. If we find a mistake, we correct it. When the mistake affects something you have already booked, we let you know before charging you and you can cancel at no cost.
We may change our prices when we need to. The price that applies to your service is the one we confirm to you, not the one that may have been published before.
5. How you book with us
When you book a service, these terms apply together with the policy for that particular service. If any of those policies says something different from this document for a specific case, what that policy says applies.

6. Payment methods
We accept cash, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Payment is made on the day of your appointment, when the service is finished.
If you pay by card, your card details do not pass through us: they are processed directly by the payment company we use. We only receive confirmation that the payment went through.
7. Product sales
We sell products only in person, at the barbershop. We do not ship products or sell courses.
We accept returns of sealed products within three days of payment.
8. What we expect from you
When you use our website and book with us, you agree to three simple things: give us true information when you write to us or book, not use the website for anything illegal, and treat the person serving you with respect.
We may stop serving anyone who does not do this, and we may cancel a booking if we have reasonable grounds to. If you had already paid anything, we refund it.
9. The content of this website is ours
The text, photos, videos, logo and design of www.refugiobarberstudio.com are ours or used with the permission of whoever made them.
You may view them and share a link to our website, as you would share any site you like. What you may not do is copy them to use in your own business, resell them, modify them or present them as your own.
10. Other companies’ links and tools
Our website uses tools from other companies to work: for example a map, a booking system or a button to message us. We may also link to other websites. We do not control what is on them and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

We handle your information as explained in our Privacy Policy: what we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can ask us to see it or delete it.

We are responsible for the service we provide and for what we promised you.
We are not responsible for things we do not control: an internet outage, a failure of another company’s tool, or the result of using the information on this website on your own without consulting us. Nor are we responsible for indirect losses, such as income you did not earn or a plan you had to change.
If something goes wrong because of us, we fix it.
13. If something goes wrong, let’s talk first
If you are not satisfied with something, write to us at refugiobarberstudio@gmail.com and tell us what happened. We reply within 5 business days and look for a solution with you.
What applies in each case is in our Booking, Cancellation and No-Show Policy: it explains what happens with a cancellation or with work that needs to be corrected.
Almost everything can be solved with a conversation, and we prefer to solve it that way.
14. Circumstances beyond our control
There are things neither party can prevent: an illness, an emergency, a long power outage, a weather event, an order from an authority.
If something like that prevents us from keeping our commitment, we let you know as soon as possible and look for an alternative: moving the date or refunding what you paid. No charge applies.
15. If part of this document is not valid
If any section of this document turns out not to be valid, the rest continues to apply as normal.
16. When we change these rules
We may update this document when something in our business changes. We will publish the new version on www.refugiobarberstudio.com with a new effective date, and we recommend reviewing it from time to time.
Anything you booked before a change is governed by the rules published at that time.
17. Governing law
This document is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and any dispute is resolved before the courts of that place.
